RCB could not able to register their first match win In spite of having great bats man in the team. To win a match in IPL, all guns should fire.
when it comes to RCB, Not even one gun fired so far. No one in the team performed to their level with bat or ball so far. They were doing silly mistakes while performing.
There has been lot of mistakes in fielding and batting. Some how i felt bowling unit is good. In the last match against rajasthan royals, they have not set the good target but taken wickets at right intervals
in the last overs, They have dropped crucial catches. Had they have caught them, It would have been difficult for RR to chase and there are high chances that RR might have lost (The other day we have seen match between KXI Punjab and Delhi capitals)
I also noticed Virat kohli is not batting to his level and also same with ab de villiers. They could not able to read the spinner from RR.
I assume Virat is not able to motivate their teammates as a captain and he is also failing in making strategies to win. Neither he could not able to take adhoc decisions nor they were failing.
I feel its extremely difficult to make a way to playoffs for RCB. They should win 8 matches out of 10 which they are going to play. Its not very easy to win consistently based on their performance so far
I hope Virat Kohli motivates his teammates and they also learn from their mistakes to make way to Play offs
